About the Journal

Inquiry: Journal of Islamic Religious Education is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at the Islamic Religious Education Institute (STAI) Sabili Bandung, Indonesia.

The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly research and discourse on various aspects of Islamic religious education across elementary, secondary, and higher education levels. It provides a platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and students to publish original research articles, conceptual studies, and critical reviews that contribute to the theoretical development and practical improvement of Islamic religious education.

Inquiry is published twice a year (June and December) and accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian or English. All submitted articles undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high academic standards and relevance to the field.

By fostering the exchange of ideas and scholarly work, this journal seeks to enrich academic dialogue, enhance the quality of Islamic education practices, and promote the integration of Islamic values with contemporary educational approaches.
